In the 2014 answer i notice that a business case was mentioned but not in the 2012 answer. Kindly explain why.

8y ago#1In my opinion there should always be a business case so that yhe purchase is justified and the purpose of the software precisely defined.
If a question merely asks you how to evide beteeen two packages, even then judgements can be made only with reference to the business case.
