I am looking at the following questions…
June 2014 q3a
June 2012 q2b
In the 2014 answer i notice that a business case was mentioned but not in the 2012 answer. Kindly explain why.
I have not attached the links for the q & a due to the capacity of my mobile device.
In my opinion there should always be a business case so that yhe purchase is justified and the purpose of the software precisely defined.
If a question merely asks you how to evide beteeen two packages, even then judgements can be made only with reference to the business case.
