like the topic says…is it necessary to include the financial statments for all the topics…i mean for topic related to technological improvements or employee motivations…i dont think u need to use financial statement….can someone please advice
The reason iam asking this is because the company i want to do my project on does not want to present the financial statments they hav a strict policy on such thinks….so i want to know if i can do my project on motivation factors and leave the financial statments out….

No it is not neccessary for all topics but necessary for topic 8 and topic on working capital.
