Share Premium in consolidated financial position statement

Dear Sir, What is the accounting treatment for share premium when prepairing consolidated financial position statement? Should i treat it the same way that we treat retained earnings by seperately recognizing amount attributable to parent and non controlling interest portion of share premium? Looking forward to your response.

Hi, We include 100% of the parent's share capital and share premium in the group accounts. The share premium of the subsidiary is part of the net assets calculation within our workings. Thanks
