Soery to hear you need to retake.

The syllabus changes look extensive, but most are very minor word changes. Take note of additions and deletions only.

Do not buy a new text book or exam kit. Our notes are updated where necessary. As well as your old exam kit, download exams not covered in that edition.

Concentrate on questions, not the textbook.

B6b Stakeholders are different; no profit motive.

B2b Standard stakeholder stuff. Eg shareholders want more profit, employees want higher wages.

    Certainly.

Sorry. Follows on from B6b. Governments (central or local) by and large dominate these organisations. Therefore they suffer from changes in priorities, political games, a constant threat of funds being arbitrarily cut and high level direction by people who managed to get elected rather than people with any management skill.

We believe our notes cover the syllabus adequately so that you are equipped with enough knowledge (and left with enough time) to do lots of question practice.

Question practice is key. This exam requires application and problem-solving much more than presentation of knowledge.
