Dear Sir,
what is the difference in approach when you are looking at the internal controls of a service organsation and a manufacturing company sales system. what are the unique features of each system.
manufacturing/retail: goods move out and are charged for.
service will often be on the basis of time spent (eg an audit firm) and that will have to be measured and billed. Less likely to be standard selling prices as services are more varied..
