sir what would be the test of control for Controls:
” checking that the goods are available and the orders are taken only for goods which are available in stocks.”
”ensuring sales are only made to customers that have been approved for credit”
1 could be observation and, less good, enquirey.
2 inspect the authorisations of the credit limits and the evidence used to give credit, such as , credit references. Pick a selection of new customers and trace back to the credit reference documentation.
