Why petal post acquisition is 4.2
I got 7*70% which is 4.9.

You’ve included the movement in other components of equity in your answer. The model answer deducts $1m from the change in net assets of $7m to reflect that OCE has moved from $3m to $4m. ~The movement in OCE is then dealt with in a separate working.
