I would like to ask. Will there be a difference in terms of the interpretation, if the value of right for new share ends up as a positive or negative figure? Please advice.

Not sure what you mean with the question.I don't see how a right to buy shares could ever have a negative value.If you could clarify what you are asking perhaps with an example.
