    I have done several SFP (forex) consolidations and I noticed that sometimes Retranslation Reserve (net assets) was shown separately in SFP and sometimes this ForEx adjustments were within Group Reserve.
    Is there any rule when the Retranslation adjustments should be shown separately in SFP or it is optional?

    Hi,

    Technically it should be shown separately but it is far too complex and time consuming, so I’d just lump it in with the retained earnings.
