Hi Sir,
Really hoping if you could help me. I failed my SBR exam third attempt in sep. First attempt I received 44 marks second attempt I received 46 marks and then third attempt I received 41 marks. I have booked a resit for december 2020 already because I don’t want to lose hope but at the same time I feel stuck and don’t know what else to do or which areas I should focus on. Any advice will be hugely appreciated.

A couple of pointers:
1. If you do not allocate time TO THE MINUTE for each part of each question you will not get 50+.
2. DO NOT answer questions by producing journals. Journals are not explanations.
3. Calculations are worth minimal marks – you can full marks on calculations if you have the correct approach.
4. Please watch my debriefs of the 2019 exams (in the recorded lectures).
5. Make sure you are using the CURRENT (2020/2021) revision kit from BPP or Kaplan as opposed to the answers on the ACCA website.
6. Ensure you have carefully been through ALL the articles on SBR on the ACCA website.
