    Hi Chris!

    I hope you’re doing great.

First of all, I want to thank you for your amazing lectures, notes, and continuous support. 🙂

I sat for the FR June exam but unfortunately, I faced technical issues and couldn’t complete the exam but…… I was able to do the questions and could’ve passed the exam had I been able to finish it. Your lectures and teaching are to be appreciated.

Nevertheless, I want to know if there are any changes to the exam syllabus for the sept attempt.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’m so sorry to hear that you had technical issues on the day of the exam, that is unacceptable. Did you contact the ACCA about it? If so, what was their response?

You’ll be glad to know that there are no changes to the syllabus, so all that knowledge can be easily used in September when you can smash the exam.

    Thanks

    Yes, I did contact them.
They apologized for the inconvenience caused and credited back my fees to my account and asked me to book for the next attempt. So, I had no other option except for waiting for Sept.
They further credited an amount equal to half of the exam fees as a goodwill gesture for exam disruption.

And thank you for updating me about the status of the syllabus.
I will practice more and more questions now.

    Thanks.
