Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone of you has registered ACCA through Mature Student Entry Requirement. How long does it take to complete those two papers equivalent to F2 and F3??i think its posssible to finish F1,F2 and F3 within 6 months if we have a normal application process.
Thanks very much for your reply!July 21, 2010 at 10:42 pm #65375AnonymousInactive- Topics: 0

Hi I am registered as MSER student.
I have just finished ‘Introduction to Bookkeeping and Accounting’ course from Open University to learn the basics (i.e. Double entry/ T-accounts/ Trial Balance/Accruals and Prepayments etc).
I am going to enrol in my local college to do the F3 Financial Accounting first. The course will start from September and we will prepare for June 2011 exam.. long way to go. Because I am full time employed, I would like to take it slowly but would like to understand Financial Accounting from inside-out. I will do the F2 Management Accounting after completing F3 as my open university course was quite similar to F3.
Good Luck with your study.
Ronnie

Thanks alot!
I would like to register for ACCA through MSER but i am afraid if it might have a bad influence in people’s attitude..i heard that MSER is for those who dont have any higher school certificates.I completed my higher secondary level but being a biology student,i don’t fulfil the requirements. Is it fine to choose MSER?What would you suggest?
If you don’t mind, can i ask where are you going to study?
Regards,

Hi Sabsum…
Please ignore my previous mesage regarding F2 exam, I am planning to do F2 exam (self study) in December and F3 in June 2011. Well I have submiteed my enrollment form for F3 at Northbrook College in Worthing.
My background is IT but I have a long study break so I decided to register as MSER student.
Where are you from… maybe we can study together for our F2 and F3 exams.
Cheers
