November 7, 2022 at 12:09 pm #670842I have the notes in front of me and there isn’t a sentence like this in my notes?
November 22, 2022 at 4:47 pm #672085Do you mean purchase it second hand?
November 30, 2022 at 3:27 am #672899If a question states you are dealing with the purchase of a building, rather than the construction of a building then no SBA will be available unless the question explicitly states that it is able to be claimed. ( can you explain what this means I have copied this from the notes)
November 30, 2022 at 10:52 am #672925Very often the question will state whether SBA is to be claimed or not so follow the instructions in the exam question.
SBAs are available for qualifying expenditure incurred on the construction of new, and the enhancement of existing, commercial buildings and structures. - AuthorPosts
