the notes says that we are not able to get SBA on purchase however if we purchase it from the dealer we do get SBA. I don’t understand this can you please clarify it to me sir. thanks
I have the notes in front of me and there isn’t a sentence like this in my notes?
Do you mean purchase it second hand?
If a question states you are dealing with the purchase of a building, rather than the construction of a building then no SBA will be available unless the question explicitly states that it is able to be claimed. ( can you explain what this means I have copied this from the notes)
Very often the question will state whether SBA is to be claimed or not so follow the instructions in the exam question.
SBAs are available for qualifying expenditure incurred on the construction of new, and the enhancement of existing, commercial buildings and structures.
