sir,

i have a doubt on how should we do the ratio analysis question. Should we write it in paragraphs for each ratio or give a one line answer per ratio in such a way that we get a mark for each point we write?

Hi,

I’d write a paragraph for each ratio. So look at the movement, and explain it using the word because. Think about what this then means to the company, and any future impact it might have.
