Why is ABC felt to give a more useful product cost than classic absorption costing (with overheads absorbed on labor hours) if labor costs are a relatively minor proportion of total costs??
Can anyone explain it to me please?

9y ago#1Why do you not watch my free lectures on ABC, because this is explained in the lectures? The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
