Why is ABC felt to give a more useful product cost than classic absorption costing (with overheads absorbed on labor hours) if labor costs are a relatively minor proportion of total costs??

Can anyone explain it to me please?

Why do you not watch my free lectures on ABC, because this is explained in the lectures? The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
