So in case there is a hotel….part of it is reception offices……while the rooms are there for the guests to check-in
in such case…..will we apply the part of the property used for administrative work
under IAS 16while the rooms given to the guests will be treated as investment property under IAS 40
or we will see it in other way that owner is using his property for business use….which is providing places for the guests to check-in as hotel
…….so whole property will be under IAS 16
