    For property income, should the income exceed 150000 to be assessed on an accrual basis or it should be assessed on an accrual basis even if it is equal to 150000.
    What seems to be confusing about the limits such as those for reduction in personal allowance is that should it be greater than 100000 or should it be greater than or equal to.
