Hello, thank you for the videos and the notes.
In the exercice 3 of Property Income chapter, why don’t you take into account the 500£ of savings nil rate band as a higher tax payer ? Thank you in advance
There is NO savings income and therefore no savings income NRB. It is essential that you know how to classify income on the income tax computation, Savings income is only interest income – both property income and employment income as seen in this exercise are examples of non savings income!
