    Heloo Ken

    I have two questions

First, Is there any relation, connection between Gateway review and benefit realisation review especially for case studies which are focused on post implementation.

Second, Benefits realiastion is a series of review. Can you kindly explain which reviews it is referring to? (June 2014 Q4).

    Thank you

I think itmis probably better not to try to reconcile the approaches. The project gateway approach is a specific approach that was championed by the UK Government, not that it helped them much with projects. Itmis not in the new SBL syllabus starting in September. There are several gateay review stages, the idea being that the project should not advance until the last stage has had a satisfactory review.

Benefits realisation is one of the last stages of a project. Nearly all the work has been done and we have to try to make sure that the anticipated benefits are actually realised.
