I am not understanding what exactly is meant by scope and objective? According to me they are almsot same thing but i think they aren’t.

    Secondly
Project sponsor:is the indivudual whoses department get the benefits if project is successful.
Please tell me what is the role of sponsor when the project is going on(if any)?
Project owner: is the one who ensure(moniters) that project achieve its deliverable.
Please tell me If I am wrong in description.

I think they are effectively the same. Scope is often defined by deliverables (eg precisely what will be achieved and what reports, processing and printout will be produced). You could make a small distinction and say that the objective of these deliverables is to improve customer service, but I’m not sure it really helps because saying that the objective is to ‘improve customer service’ is dangerous because it is very ill-defined.

Project sponsor is the person who is driving and usually paying for the project. They would usually hope for benefits in return – otherwise why sponsor it? You are correct about the owner.
