Sir in your note , you said 25% of the general public can be offer but it is said that after the offer is been selected to the institutional investors via the bank that the general public must buy from this institution if they wish to acquire . meaning that placing is not for the general public? How true sir?
Once the issue has taken place and the shares are listed on the stock exchange, then shareholders can buy or sell to/from each other in the normal way.
