Good evening could you give me an example on how to calculate the further workingto calculate personal age allowance if total income exceeds 100,000 gbp for the individual

The examples on how to calculate the reduced PA where adjusted net income (ANI) exceeds 100,000 do not change for someone who was born before 6 April 1948. It is exactly the same for all taxpayers as shown in chapter 2 of the OT course notes. Their personal age allowance would already have been reduced to the normal PA and this will itself then be reduced when the ANI exceeds 100,000
