14y ago#1If the amount of idle time has increased then it means that the company is wasting money (paying for time when workers are not working).
The will need to find out why it happened, and unless there is a special reason (for example a machine broke down and therefore the workers could not work) it would suggest that the workers are not being monitored properly..
