In dec 14 q 4 part b(ii):
In examiner answer last paragraph demand for 90000 tones of moist pet food. 40000 and 50000 tonnes from where did we get these figures.
I didn’t understand the idea behind them

i cant see any indication which lead me to use probability, guide me plz.
Could we answer this question without referring to financial figure. Bcoz i see this as new idea and didnt think of solving financials in this way!
I just calculated basic cost for 9 delegates for 3 days which was mentioned in quest.
It is all explained in the last paragraph of the ACCA answer. 40,000 is a limitation given in the question.
The exam requirement was to use both financial and non-financial considerations so I don’t know why you propose to ignore the financial figures.
