Just after exams i fellt to do something so on 15-12-2008 i made parody of two most popular games of Eidos
Parody LoK and TR
ok i made this parody of the games i loved most IE LoK and TR…. i hope making parody of such good games is not a crime[Fan enters the ruins of the Pillars of World. Now a shadow of their once
magnificent glory. In the center of the pillars Fan’s nemesis, Eidos, awaits]Eidos:
Fan.
Fan:
Eidos!
Eidos:
The world is cruel.[Eidos arises from his seat and slowly approaches Fan]
Fan:
I am your fan of your creation, Eidos. Now, as before, you criticize your own work.
What have you done with my favorite games abandoned!? You have no right!
Eidos:
What I have made, I can also destroy, child.
Fan:
Damn you, Eidos! You are not God! This act of genocide is unconscionable!
Eidos:
Conscience? You dare speak to me of conscience!? Only when you have felt the full gravity of economics should you dare to question my judgment! A game’s life span is a flicker compared to the whole life of industry since my first game came out. To know that the fate of the game
world hangs dependent on the advertisement of my every game. Can you even begin to conceive what action you would take, in my position?
Fan:
I would choose integrity, Eidos.
Eidos:
Look around you, Fan – see what has become of our empire. Witness the end
of an age. The minions (aka fans) scattered to the corners of World. But this place has outlasted its usefulness…as have LoK.[Eidos threats to launch his mighty game, the Bomb Raider. Every one’s attention gathers to it. Fan mumbles.]
Fan:
The Bomb Raider, Eidos’s ancient game. Older than any of other, and a thousand times more beautiful. The legends claimed that the girl was possessed be boobs and thrived by devouring the attention of its victims. For all what ever reason, we knew what it meant when Eidos lanched the Bomb Raider in haste. It meant you will play.[Fan and Eidos battle. Fan does little more than convince the mighty game maker. Eidos gets screwed of the battle and blasts off new games. Fan falls to his knees. Eidos moves in for the final blow, but upon reaching Fan, the Bomb Raider is debugged.]
Eidos:
Bomb Raider was outmatched. So it happens again…some one else still have the patch.[Fan retreats back into the mental realm. He looks up and sees Bomb Raider, no longer in formal dress, but of purely natural, hanging above In a shelf, luring careful lookers]
Fan:
I swore I saw a glint of satisfaction in Eidos’s eye when the Bomb Raider was launched. I did not understand the game that Eidos was playing. But I knew it would not last long. - AuthorPosts
