Passed p2 p3 p7, but p5 has held me from qualifying. Though this was my first attempt I’m still disappointed that a target costing question distabilized me and as such will be moving to p6,even though I can’t use it in my country. congrats to those who passed.i got 49 for P7 dont worry my Sister we are going to qualify in december

I failed, 44%, knew I had and I’m annoyed because its not a knowledge issue but trying to apply it to the question. It’s something you can either do or you can’t. I think further reading is the key to passing this exam, and the examiner needs to be more clear with his questions. That said, some people do manage to pass so it can’t be impossible! Roll on December….

49%, 🙁 second time. I knew the whole of question 1 and was sure I would get 50/50. Does that mean I got 49 in question 1 and a big fat egg in the other questions? I do not think so. Am very sad.

I got 53% after 4th attempt. Our dept. head congratulated me and informed the other 7 finance departments on my success. He even go around informed the staff in my section about the news and that i should set a good example to them. I’ve been through a tough journey and hurdled at the last stage of my study. Considering as a part timer and a mother of 3, my effort pays off in the end. The last ACCA affiliate in our organisation was back in 2007.

91%, absolutely thrilled to bits. I recommend everyone to spend as much time studying exam technique as the actual material as I am convinced that’s what the result is down to

Finally a ACCA member!
Cried after all those years of efforts and time spent depriving time from my wife and daughter!
Succeded on third attempt (53%) however I’m not convist I did better than the other times; this course is in twilight zone!
There were times I wanted to drop everything out but in the end it was worth the effort
Keep hoping and have faith in yourself and eventually you will be rewarded.Good luck to all of you

This was my first attempt at this paper. Think it is not a bad paper but unfortunately I failed. Would like Open Tuition to do more question papers in the revision section, So that we would have a better idea how to answer the questions as you did in Paper F9 Wondering if I should try another paper instead
August 8, 2013 at 3:06 pm #136594Did 4 exams F9, P3, P5 & P7 and passed all 4 I am so excited FINALLY an affiliate. it all had to do with proper time management and exam technique!!! congrats to all those who passed and those who failed this is not the end.
