Dear sir,
Can you please refer example 2 Kallis group under chapter 6, complex group structure (page no 27), as per the case – direct control in Adams is 30% & indirect control 18 % (60% * 30%) equal to 48%. So, why all the assets & liabilities of Adams are added to Kallis group when it has only 48% control. Please explain.

Have you watched the associated video? If you do then you will find the answer in detail. You’re not adding 30% and 18%. You’re adding 30% and 30%.
