Can a property be used in operation which is classified as “non current asset held for sale” ?
Hi,
To be classified as a NCA-HFS then it has to meet the criteria as per IFRS 5, one of which is that it is available for immediate sale. Given the the asset is still part of operations then it is unlikely that it is available for immediate sale, but more detail would be required within any question.
Thanks
