Please help am a bit confused.
When calculating NCI for Tyslar we included the share of post acquisition of OCE. Why ?Hi,
When we’re calculating the NCI in the subsidiary we need to look at the NCI ownership of the subsidiary’s net assets and what it has earned post-acqusition. The subsidiary will have earned profits and also other comprehensive income since the acquisition and so we need to include both in the NCI calculation.
