Goodday
Please help am a bit confused.
When calculating NCI for Tyslar we included the share of post acquisition of OCE. Why ?
Hi,
When we’re calculating the NCI in the subsidiary we need to look at the NCI ownership of the subsidiary’s net assets and what it has earned post-acqusition. The subsidiary will have earned profits and also other comprehensive income since the acquisition and so we need to include both in the NCI calculation.
Thanks
Ok thank you
