Hello Chris,
In the question the profit to be realized in the SOPL is 40% of total profits of 5000. So while preparing the SOPL if i only recognize the profits and not include the revenue and cost of sales would it be given marks?

No, you need to show the revenue and the costs on a line by line basis.
