I applied online on 18/10/19 and received an email on 21/10/19 saying my membership was approved. My status on the ACCA portal changed on that day from Affiliate to “graduate pending member”.
I expect in the next few days to hear that I have been formally accepted as a member and status should change to Member then.

Become an an ACCA Affiliate on Monday 14th October, 2019 after a pass (last paper SBL) in September 2019 exams
Monday 14th October: Applied for membership
Wednesday 16th October: Received email confirmation of acceptance of application
Thursday 17th October: Admitted to membership (No email confirming this)
Wednesday 23rd October: Received welcome email confirming I am a member and can use the letter ACCA to my name.

20th- Applied for membership
22nd Oct – Application was approved
25th Oct – Status changed to member in the myacca page.
Welcome mail not received yet.

It seems the application within this week all turned to member directly, wondering why I’m graduate pending

Hi all, I am ready to apply for membership, but questioning whether it would be better to wait until Jan to pay affiliate fee for the year and then submit application. Will ACCA charge me on top of the affiliate fee or once paid will be valid for 2020 even if I become a member in Jan/Feb?

Thank you @dneogy91 for the feedback. I am yet to get mine, I resides in Nigeria. I was admitted as a member on 17th October 2019, hopefully I should in the coming week.

I submitted my application on the evening of 13/01/20 and haven’t had any emails or anything yet, hopefully will receive this by the end of the week.

Has anyone else applied in January?

Nice one, hopefully I get that today then because it was around 9pm I submitted it on the 13th.
