    lot of question they ask to the “nearest dollar” if in such MCQ if my answer is 1 or 2$ more or less than the actual answer due to rounding or whatever reason would my answer be wrongs?

    It depends why your answer is different. If it is simply that you have rounded up or down when it should have been the other way, then yes you would be marked wrong.

    so in a question i was getting answer as 26568.456 so even you write is should be 26569
    (since .4 becomes 5 since the digit after it is greater than 5 so if i round it till 1 decimal point it would be 26568.5 if i round round it off to the nearest dollar it should be 26569 since the digit after the point is greter than 5 in the textbook it was 26568 and i had got 26569 due to rounding of to ther nearest dollar so would i get marks deuducted for this?

    0.456 is lower than 0.5 and therefore you round down and the answer is 26568.

    You would probably lose a mark by rounding up.
