Hello, Dear Tutor
Hope you are fine.
I have one question: assuming that I am calculating “Cost of sales”, and the allocated mark to cost of sales is 4. I have produced my workings, I have dealt with several items, which are correct, but the final figure is incorrect due to only one item being either omitted or miscalculated. So, that means, I will lose the whole mark because of that little mistake although I did well with the other items, showing accurate calculation.

No, you do not get the marks just for the final figure. You accumulate the marks for having done the working where for each right element you will get partial credit. So, the likelihood in your scenario above is that you would get 3 or 3.5 marks.
