Good day tutor i have taken my CBT and scored a 53. during the test i came accross a question that says apart from the 4 p's of marketing what is the last P? i tried googling it but i saw two diff answers ( People , Packaging) but my own answer in the exam was Purpose

9y ago#1The only normal additions to the 4Ps is known as the 'service extension'. This adds three more Ps: process, people and physical evidence.
