Good day tutor i have taken my CBT and scored a 53. during the test i came accross a question that says apart from the 4 p’s of marketing what is the last P? i tried googling it but i saw two diff answers ( People , Packaging) but my own answer in the exam was Purpose

what your take on this sir?

The only normal additions to the 4Ps is known as the ‘service extension’. This adds three more Ps: process, people and physical evidence.
