I logged into the ebusiness page and when I click ‘For information on examination results click here’, it takes me to CPD page. Does that mean anything? On line 86 this is what I see: ‘padding-bottom: 1px }’. To me all this mean nothing, maybe someone can explain the meaning. I am a finalist.

April 7, 2018 at 11:28 am #445449looks like they changed layout.
It should be Row 184 now,
<INPUT TYPE=”HIDDEN” NAME=”p_membertype” VALUE=”S”>
My member type is still “S”.
S = student, M= member.
Will check it again next week…..
April 7, 2018 at 12:58 pm #445456I read Dec 17 countdown post, it has some interesting theories.
We can try them from ThursdayApril 7, 2018 at 1:58 pm #445459I just can’t wait to know the results, is there anyway to check the results before 16.4? Applying prudence concept, I have a bad feeling that I will only get 30%! ….
April 7, 2018 at 6:55 pm #445511All the best for everyone…

April 7, 2018 at 10:35 pm #445539I’m awaiting my first P paper result..which is p3. Hoping for the best in Jesus name and good luck to y’all in advance.
April 8, 2018 at 6:27 pm #445681I honestly don’t think I’ll pass P2. Though I did attempted all the questions but I’m not sure I wrote enough points the examiners would like..
at a point it was like I was begging the examiners for marks ???

Can you explain how you finished the exam? Which strategy did you use? Can anyone else who finished the p2 exam share the secret. For me, the consolidation question took most time. Thanks for those who will share.

Thanks for those who will share.I once read an article where the examiner stated that it is better to answer 60% of the question and write something for the remaining 40% than answer 70% of the question to maximum perfection and leave the remaining 30% unattempted.
With this in mind, I attempt to do everything I can using the 1.8 minute per mark rule.. if I can write enough, fine.. if not, I’ll leave it for later otherwise.. that’s what I’ll submit.. it’s important to demonstrate breadth of knowledge.. you know.. spread your answers all over the question rather than concentrate in one or two parts only
April 9, 2018 at 9:53 pm #445858It seems safe to say if you received a mail to prepare for the next exam then you passed one in the last sitting. Best of luck to everyone

ACCA please put me out of my misery already.Hello there, after you have got a fail in December last year, have you thought why you didn’t pass? Same here, I took P5 many times and struggle for a pass, as it is my last paper of ACCA. I know that I had lack of knowledge which were likely to made me fail for previous sittings. But I think I had prepared well enough this time….But for the result, who knows….
April 11, 2018 at 7:41 am #446100I did not finish answering but i thought that what i had written would make me at least get a 50% butt i got 44%. this time round i managed to answer 90% of the exam although found it a bit tougher than the December paper. Also putting enough points for each question. So i am really hoping for a pass this time and this waiting time is really killing me. Its my last paper as well

I think ACCA noted attempts by students to view whether their status has changed from student to member. They have put a note on the ebusiness page and the general details heading has been removed. ACCA is reacting to all these theories and the only way to know your results is by waiting until the 16th.
April 11, 2018 at 3:11 pm #446181For me it’s line 178 and at the minute it says S, fingers crossed it changes between now and Monday. I know the theories are probably only sense but it’ll give me something to do when my mind wanders to results
