Hi,
I want to know how we will treat and show loan from NCI in consolidated financial statements. I also looking for reference from IFRS.
Thanking you.
A loan from the NCI is essentially saying that you’ve borrowed money from another shareholder in the subsidiary, so just treat it as any normal loan. If you’re looking fro standards then try IFRS 9 as it is a financial instrument.
Thanks
That’s Great… Thanks for your reply and guidance.
Stay blessed !
Thanks!
