Sir if a limited liability partnership undergoes insolvency then obviously its owners cannot be charged with the crime as owners are separate from LLP. So, how will the debts be repaid and who will be accountable for such mismanagement of funds?
Partnerships are not examinable in Paper FA.
I have asked you before, but you have not replied – why are you asking questions on Papers FA, AFM, FR, FM and SBR? You cannot possibly be taking all of these papers at the same time.
