Im not putting too much emphasis on this but this came to mind as well.
If wrongful/fraudulent trading came up could i state polly peck empire Asil Nadir went to jail… and Phillip Green contributed… (even though he sold his shares before it went to the gutter) just a thought
I too held shares in Polly Peck! But I too, like Philip G, sold mine before they hit rock bottom
Asil Nadir emigrated very quickly to Northern Cyprus but gave himself up voluntarily in 2010, was jailed for 10 years in 2012 and was released early to serve the rest of his sentence in Northern Cyprus … where he now lives a life of luxury and freedom in his $3,000,000 villa funded by the $29,000,000 that he stole for me (and some others!)
Certainly you can mention Polly Peck … but please keep my name out of it
