See Bpp Exam it the number of Linsil (6/04), see it’s answers of part a, the direct labour hours why it has made 1.25 multiply by 100/90???
It should have simply made 90% of 1.25. In the question the note number 3 it said that 10% decrease in labour, so labour hours should have reduced, but the answer in the book has showed an increase????PLEASE REPLY Thanks in advance
April 10, 2011 at 12:05 pm #80716Sorry – I do not have access to the BPP exams.
April 10, 2011 at 12:19 pm #80717It is found in BPP exam kits number 52 (new edition), in the january 2010 edition it is found in number 45.?????
PLEASE REPLYApril 25, 2011 at 6:27 pm #80718Note 3 says that the standard used had expected that there would be a 10% decrease in labour hours.
However, this did not happen – they did not buy a new machine.
So the standard labour hours should in fact have been higher (100 hours for every 90 hours that they had been expecting).
