I’m confused about treatment of maintenance cost.what its treatment if MC is bears by the lessee n when it bears by the lessor? when we include it in npv calculation?? plzzz clear me on this point!

Hi,

We include the cost when it is our responsibility to pay it. If it reimbursed by the lessor then we would not include it as it would not be a cash outflow as they cover the expense.
