What to press depends on the make and model of your calculator. Assuming you have a scientific calculator then there will be buttons for calculating something to any power, and for taking the nth root.

You need to check in the manual that came with your calculator (if you do not have it, then if you type the model number into Google you should be able to find it).

Thank you sir. However, i still can not get it what to press on my calculator r^3 = 0.728125.

    I use TI – 30 ECO RS calculator .

I am trying the calculate the learning rate in %.

When i enter 0.728125 what then should i press is the y^x or square root of x? I just can’t get it.

I do not have that calculator and so I have no idea what buttons it has on it.

It is certainly not y^x – that gives y to the power of x – and it is certainly not the square root button because you want a third root!

There is probably a third root button on your calculator, or if not then a button giving the nth root (I am not able to type the symbols in here).

Again, you need to look at the manual (and download it from the internet if you have not got the manual).
