    If you’re referring to the ISA-315 (Revised 2019) article then it’s to be applied in “risk assessment” questions – i.e. Q1. If you look at the last pages of the 2021-22 syllabus you will see where the wording of the learning outcomes have bee changed to better reflect the requirements of the revised ISA.
