With regards to the purchase of the subsidiary.
The calculation shows (30m – 2m ). Finding it difficult to know where they had the 2m from.

Hi,

Is it not the cash that is part of the subsidiary? When we look at the cash impact of an acquisition or disposal of a subsidiary, we have to look at the net cash effect.
