Among a b c, in (b), greenie having 19.9% is considered as significant influence ? I thought at significant influence is considered if over 20% and theres big difference between 20% and 19.9%

No, there are other criteria to consider with regards having significant influence. Remember now that the key is to have the power to participate in the operating and financing decisions of the entity. Look at IAS 28 and that will show you the additional aspects to consider when determining whether we have influence and equity account.
