Oxford Brookes University is pleased to invite you to a seminar to find out more about the BSc degree programme it offers in partnership with ACCA. The seminar will cover how the programme works, what you need to do to be eligible and how to prepare your Research and Analysis Project.
This seminar forms an introduction to the university’s BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting degree programme and will also provide information on what makes a good Research and Analysis Project. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end.
The seminar will take place at Oxford Brookes University, Business Faculty, Stuart Rooks Lecture Theatre, Wheatley Campus, Wheatley, Oxfordshire OX33 1HX on Wednesday 23 July 2014 starting at 11.00am and will cost £15 (this cost includes a light lunch). For more details and to register for the event, visit the Oxford Brookes University website.
Please note: Parking is available. The barriers to the university car park will be open, and a member of staff will be available to direct you.

mate I’m having a good laugh when reading this forum.. let me finish my working day 🙂
it is that magical expression starting with N R FJuly 25, 2014 at 4:47 pm #179676July 25, 2014 at 5:01 pm #179681…. even if i dont pass at least i have experienced this ‘no rows found’ that has eluded me for the last 3 sittings!!!! hahahaha
July 25, 2014 at 5:42 pm #179682I have received an unsolicited letter from a tuition provider who claims they got my details from ACCA, a claim denied by ACCA.
Letter starts – “Writing exams in December 2014”? and goes on to give details about tuition costs and so on.
I wonder if this means I failed in June? Or maybe showed signs of struggle?July 25, 2014 at 5:53 pm #179683That shouldnt worry u, we also received emails from acca titled preparing for ‘Dec 2014 exams’
Log in to myACCA and try clicking ‘ACCA Exchange’ under the Account Administration section, what do you see?
July 25, 2014 at 8:35 pm #179691No NRF for me, DAMN YOU, P7! are any of you awaiting results for P7?
I had the issue with the home page going funny. Also, rather than showing just this as outstanding on my status report, it had all the new syllabus papers. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
The infamous link showing me as a student, all this stress because I chose the wrong paper! I knew I should’ve gone for something easier (the arrogance of a man on a 1st time run);) fingers and everything else crossed.
Hopefully we all pass.
July 25, 2014 at 8:41 pm #179692Sorry we,re busy message, I sense crunch time
July 25, 2014 at 9:19 pm #179694Has anyone who is claiming the experience record exemption noticed anything unusual about their homepage or any of the myacca screens? No changes to mine so far, the infamous NRF has eluded me at every sitting!
July 25, 2014 at 9:57 pm #179698I’ve just received an email “Please tell us about your learning provider” from studentssurvey@acca. Has anyone got that email too?
