what did you see when you click on Exam Entry? Still your seeing your exam docket or some error msg like no rows found?
Hi, I presented for my final two exams in June. I just received an email from ACCA talking about putting a list of those that pass their final exam in this session in Student Accountant, ACCA Conect & their website and to contact the if I do not want my name to appear. Did everyone who just sat their final exam receive this?

awaiting p6 results as my final..got the email from acca..sounds like they sent it to everyone taking p papers..
I did receive the mail a short while ago. But unlike few others, my MYACCA page still shows everything, not yet the restricted access.

Has anyone had an e-mail from ACCA about becoming an affiliate and applying for ACCA membership. I did my three final exams (or so I thought) in December and failed P5. Resat P5 at this sitting which was my final exam and had an email about whether I wanted my name shown on the affiliate list if I pass?
I didn’t have this e-mail last time when it was my final three and failed one exam? Does anyone know if this is an indication of passing?

I’ve had the same e-mail and was wondering the same thing. I sat three exams in December and failed one exam and didn’t have this e-mail then, so if they were my final three last time I would have expected to have that e-mail then and didn’t. Just received the email now having resat the exam I failed so was wondering if this meant I’ve passed?
Same email for me. I sat two finals in December and failed P5. No email then. Please exam gods shine down on me

Same happened with me Dec 2013 gave p7 but failed I didn’t receive this email.this June attempt I received this affiliate name emai land on top of that I m confident too of passing.
I got the same mail, I sat 4 papers the last time and passed 3, I didn’t get this email. We can only confirm this if it is either sent to all p level candidates for June 2014 or last passed finalist(dec 2013) got this before the result

Like any 1 of you here, received that email. Yesterday appeare no rows found, but just checked again and everything returned to normal with the previous exam docket available. Just hoping for the best … good luck guys …
I remember in previous discussions last session and one before some people mentioned this email. But not sure what was the story.

carl29 for your info ‘clues’ have been proven to be true. If you get he ‘no rows’ thing when trying to enter for exams it means you have passed. Those of us who were here June 2013, Dec 2013 trying to finish our final papers can confirm and i am one of them.
As for the email, it means nothing!! I got it in June 2013 and failed.
Am afraid there have been many loopholes including the facebook acca page and acca has either done nothing or are unable to do anything. I june 2013 i got my result (pass P6 and fail P5) one day prior to the official date.

If I remember correctly, the ‘no row found syndrome’ wasn’t there in Dec-2013 session. However many finalists could see through some links their status as recent graduates.
Dear Kalbaka: Since Dec-13 was your last exam, did you get any clue that made you think you might have passed in this session?.Could you find this no row in Dec-13, if yes, then how many days were left for the date of result.
I was a finalist in Dec-13 but did not get an email (as I failed in one exam out of 3) and the AB-direct, both I have received this time around. I am not at all considering these are some indications. But curiosity made me write this to know from you.

I didn’t receive that email about affiliates. Does it mean that I failed?. Oops. But the number of people who are responding and agreeing to have received that email on this platform alone means that it was just an ordinary email.
Dear sathjyot…. i did not look for any clues in Dec 2013 becoz of the trauma they put me though in Dec 2012 and June 2013…. but my friends told me there were some clues in that session.
I doubt acca sorted the ‘no row thing’ coz some guys have said they experienced it (see ealier posts)….Also try sending an email to ‘forgetten your password’ from myacca page, then check where the reply comes from, either from members@accaglobal (meaning you are an affiliate) or from students@accaglobal (meaning you did not make it on your final papers). I heard this worked in Dec 2013 though i dint try it myself. In Dec 2012 & June 2013 i tried it and got replys from students@ and i failed despite receiving the email…. those who got from members@ passed!
